Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ProTVGuide account and all associated data at any time.

From the app

Open ProTVGuide and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately upon confirmation.

By request

If you cannot access the app, email ptgsupport@protvguide.com from your account email address and request deletion. We will process it promptly.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (email, display name).
Your preferences, favorites, and settings.
Any connected-provider credentials stored for your account.
Password-reset and email-verification records.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

ProTVGuide is a sports schedule and discovery guide. Provider connections use your own existing subscription credentials and are removed when your account is deleted.
